Sea fishing in Seychelles: during the best december for fishing

Day four working with a large group — on two boats at once.

On the first day, I decided to go out with everyone myself. I wanted to see how the process was going, whether everything was running smoothly organizationally, and if the guys were happy. Basically, to monitor things not from the shore, but from the inside.

From the very morning, we hit great activity — we found a school of dogtooth tuna. The action really kicked off: in a couple of hours, we landed 8 fish, and the largest specimen was no less than 80 kg — a powerful, beautiful fish.

After that, we switched gears and found a sailfish. Fishing in moments like these is especially memorable — the surface strikes, the attacks, the adrenaline. Everything we love about these trips.

We finished the day with jigging, at a more relaxed pace, but with good results.

I'll try to get out to sea with the guys again, since they're fishing every day, catching a lot of large fish, and I'm missing out on all of it.

Overall, December this year has been pleasantly surprising. When it comes to fishing, it's one of the strongest in recent times, and we've been lucky with the weather too.
